We're more than just a business – we're a people-first, community-minded team with a deep commitment to doing things the right way.
With decades of experience between us in everything from military service, IT consultancy, negotiation consulting, humanitarian work to outdoor education, we've built our company on empathy, integrity, and a deep sense of responsibility.

Originally from the UK and now proudly based on the Kāpiti Coast, Lee brings over 25 years of experience in business leadership, project management, and consulting. With a strong background in IT and negotiation consulting, he’s worked with both commercial and government clients across Aotearoa.
Lee and Maureen built Seddon Street Property Management to create a business that prioritises relationships over transactions. His strategic thinking, client-first mindset, and calm leadership style help ensure that both property owners and tenants are looked after with professionalism and care.
Outside of work, Lee is an active adventurer – whether it’s skiing, dirt biking, football or chasing his beloved Arsenal. He brings the same energy and commitment to his work that he brings to the slopes and sidelines.

Born and bred in Levin, Maureen’s journey has been shaped by service – to her country, her community, and now to the property owners and tenants she supports every day. A NZ Army veteran, a Kiwi Bank Community New Zealander of the Year recipient, she’s worked across the globe, from providing military logistics in conflict zones to supporting child soldiers in Uganda and volunteering in refugee camps in Chad.
In 2005, she co-founded Seddon Street Property Management alongside her husband, with a clear mission: to run a values-led business that supports people and makes a real difference. She also volunteers with MSD to deliver Ready to Rent workshops and deploys with Taskforce Kiwi for disaster relief across the Pacific.
Whether it's helping a family find a home or standing in support during tenancy disputes, Maureen brings grit, compassion and lived experience to everything she does.
